Enjoy complimentary delivery by local truck for all Hong Kong orders, except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and South Lantau. For other outlying islands order, purchaser will have to arrange self pick up at their own cost.

The costs arise from the exceptions such as the following will be the responsibility of the purchaser:

- Delivery to vehicle access restricted area (Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and South Lantau)

- Stairs climbing, placement of carpet, moving of furniture and disposal of old carpet.

The Hong Kong online store provides free local truck delivery within Hong Kong with some exceptions. If purchaser requests delivery outside of Hong Kong and is willing to pay for the delivery cost, please contact us at 852 2522 7138.

Tai Ping warrants its Hand Tufted Carpet against manufacturing defects for five years, in accordance with the Carpet and Rug Institute’s (CRI) Carpet Installation Standard 2011, subject to the terms and conditions.

Return/ Exchange

Our Return/ Exchange Policy is within 30 days of delivery for items with manufacturing defects only.

1. Notification in writing regarding damage apparent upon delivery should be provided to Tai Ping at once. Notification in writing regarding damages not apparent upon delivery but apparent upon installation must be provided to Tai Ping within 14 days of delivery of goods. No claims for such damages will be honoured more than 14 days after delivery of goods.

2. Other claims, including claims for failure of the goods to conform to the order, must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods by written notification to Tai Ping stating the basis of the alleged nonconformity and describing the portion of the shipment being rejected.

3. One product can only be returned or exchanged once.

Notes to purchaser:

1. All Tai Ping's products are manufactured under the most careful supervision and are subject to some variations in production. Such products are, therefore, warranted to be as described, but may contain variations in weave, colour or match patterns. All carpet textures will exhibit some shading. Listed rug sizes are approximate.

2. Due to the nature of the handmade process, exact dimensions cannot be assured. A difference is possible.

3. Dye lot differences within accepted manufacturing tolerances may occur between the sample and actual production.

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible, within 10 business days from when your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse, which is acceptable in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale, for it to be processed.
